[at the shout, Gladion immediately picks up the pace to shorten the distance, and when he gets to her side he sighs]

[Said so cheerfully that the "♥" practically materializes itself in the air!]

I am ungovernable and my joy will not be contained! [And this is the less drunken state! The wobbly, if very tired smile gives her away, she'll crash in due time.]

[That was how they'd met, so somehow it felt right to tell him as much. Maybe assuage him that outside of this hiccup, she was going to stop being childish and upset.]

[A nod, a little swing of her heels, for once ... Nariko does not fill up the space between them with words. She's absolutely still pretty fucking drunk, but mostly tired, occasionally yawning as they go along.

[Her arms fold, head settling on her arms.]
